Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of Beauty Advisors to achieve high levels of motivation, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide continuous training and development opportunities to enhance makeup skills and product knowledge.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and create personalized development plans for team members.
- Manage employee relations issues, including performance-related matters and attendance concerns.
- Drive sales and service performance by setting and achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Stay informed about the latest makeup trends and product innovations to provide expert recommendations.
- Deliver expert makeup consultations and personalized product recommendations.
- Oversee the Booxi appointment system for seamless customer experience.
- Ensure advanced team expertise in My Skin Diag and related products and tools.
- Maintain operational efficiency by monitoring KPIs and implementing optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with store management on promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
- Support new store opening procedures, including merchandise setup.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the beauty or retail industry.
- In-depth knowledge of makeup products and application techniques.
- Strong capability to develop and guide a team.
- Passion for Sephora and team development.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in handling employee relations issues.
- Comfortable using technology to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
