Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's standards.
- Manage sales by adhering to company guidelines for appearance and uniform, offering product consultations and recommendations.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University training and other brand and in-store training sessions to maintain product knowledge.
- Manage designated areas by preparing product displays and maintaining cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Perform cashier duties following standard procedures and protocols.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
