Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in alignment with Sephora's standards.
- Manage sales by adhering to company guidelines for appearance and uniform, offering product advice and selection assistance to customers.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University training and other brand and regional training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
- Maintain product displays and ensure cleanliness of shelves and drawers in designated areas.
- Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Assist store management in maintaining balanced inventory levels.
Qualifications
- Passion for the beauty industry and a willingness to embrace challenges.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication and stress management abilities.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, with two days off per week and an eight-hour workday.
