Sephora is seeking a Makeup Product Development Assistant for a six-month internship starting in January 2027 in Neuilly-sur-Seine, with a hybrid working arrangement. The role supports product mix definition, product development, 360° launch planning, trend and performance analysis, and marketing recommendations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to defining the product mix, including concepts, formulas, shades, packaging and pricing.
- Coordinate product development follow-up with internal teams and partners.
- Help create 360° launch plans and develop marketing assets.
- Identify new opportunities by analysing beauty trends, innovations and competitor activity.
- Analyse catalogue and launch performance, including sell-in, sell-out and consumer reviews.
- Turn market analysis into practical marketing recommendations to inform product strategy.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an M1 or M2 degree at a business school or equivalent institution, specialising in marketing.
- Curious, creative and passionate about cosmetics, with the ability to make proactive recommendations.
- Rigorous, responsive and organised, with the ability to manage several topics in parallel.
- Very good written and spoken English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
