Sephora in Neuilly-sur-Seine seeks a Makeup Product Assistant Intern (Stage); hybrid internship supporting product launches and lifecycle management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Product Manager for makeup throughout the product lifecycle, from concept and briefing to launch and post-launch monitoring.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities with R&D, packaging, supply chain and merchandising to ensure timely sample progression and compliance with specifications.
- Maintain product trackers, timelines and launch documentation; prepare and update SKU lists, price files and internal databases.
- Conduct market and competitor benchmarking, collate consumer insight and contribute to product positioning and brief development.
- Prepare clear, persuasive presentations and internal communications for launch reviews and stakeholder meetings.
- Assist with sample logistics, quality follow-ups and administrative tasks associated with product launches and replenishments.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Marketing, Business, Cosmetic Science, or Luxury Management.
- Beginner level; first internship or limited professional experience acceptable.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; professional presentation skills.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and liaising with multiple internal stakeholders.

Entry-level internship targeted at students or recent graduates; prior exposure to cosmetics, retail or product projects is a plus but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Cosmetic Science, Luxury Management or a related discipline.
