Role & Responsibilities

- Maintain operational excellence by monitoring KPIs and implementing strategies to optimize store performance.
- Collaborate with store management on promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role within the beauty or retail industry.
- In-depth knowledge of makeup products, application techniques, and industry trends.
- Strong capability to develop and guide a team, fostering both individual growth and collective performance.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to drive performance and meet sales targets.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 5 years in a leadership or management role within the beauty or retail industry, focusing on makeup artistry and beauty services.
