Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalised product recommendations and beauty advice tailored to each client's needs.
- Proactively drive sales and contribute to attainment of individual and store sales targets.
- Cultivate long-term client relationships through exemplary service in line with the Sephora Attitude.
- Maintain merchandising and presentation standards: shelf replenishment, visual cleanliness and product rotation.
- Deliver in-store services such as makeup application and product demonstrations when required.
- Support team objectives through collaborative work and flexible scheduling, including selected Saturdays and trading Sundays.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in beauty or cosmetics.
- Demonstrable ability to build rapport and a client-centred approach to selling.
- Solid knowledge of beauty products, trends and makeup techniques; experience applying makeup is advantageous.
- Proven teamwork skills and a track record of contributing to collective sales objectives.
- Full availability for the agreed part-time schedule, including willingness to work 2–3 designated Saturdays and trading Sundays.
- Communicative English is a plus.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles, ideally within the beauty or cosmetics sector.
Education
Secondary education (high school) required; vocational training or professional certification in beauty/makeup is advantageous.
