Role & Responsibilities
- Match cosmetic products to individual customer needs and preferences
- Actively pursue and achieve assigned sales targets
- Build and maintain client relationships through attentive, service-focused consultation
- Maintain product displays, ensuring cleanliness and adequate stock levels on shelves
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and communicate current beauty trends to clients
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and natural ability to build rapport with clients
