Sephora Bondi (Sydney) is hiring a Part‑Time Makeup Artist. Provide makeup services and retail consultations. Up to AUD 29.64/hr + super and commission.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional makeup services, personalised 1:1 consultations and appointment-based artistry that enhance customer confidence and satisfaction.
- Demonstrate and recommend products across makeup, skincare, haircare and wellness; translate product features into benefits tailored to each client.
- Drive sales and customer retention through proactive CRM enrolment, relationship building and effective cross-selling to meet individual and store targets.
- Maintain strong product and trend knowledge; participate in ongoing learning, in-store training and field trainer sessions.
- Support visual merchandising, stock management and presentation standards to ensure an elevated retail environment.
- Collaborate with the store team through cross-training, shift flexibility and contribution to the store’s social and customer experience initiatives.
Qualifications
- Certificate or qualification in makeup artistry, cosmetology or related discipline highly desirable.
- Previous retail sales and hands‑on makeup artistry experience preferred; entry-level candidates with formal training considered.
- Availability for at least three full trading days including late nights, weekend and public holiday availability as required by store trading patterns.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, professional presentation and a strong customer service ethos.
- Right to work in Australia.
