Sephora Northlakes (Brisbane) seeks a Part‑Time Makeup Artist — up to $29.64/hr + Super, commission and loading.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional makeup applications and 1:1 beauty consultations in the store's Beauty Studio to inspire and educate customers.
  • Provide a welcoming, consultative customer experience that identifies needs and recommends products across makeup, skincare, haircare and wellness.
  • Drive sales and meet individual and store KPIs through consultative selling, booking appointments and promoting Sephora’s CRM loyalty program.
  • Participate in initial onboarding and continuous in‑store and online training; remain current with product launches, techniques and beauty trends.
  • Support store presentation and stock routines to ensure a polished shopping environment and maintain hygiene and sanitation standards for tools and workstations.
  • Collaborate with the store team on cross‑training, events and promotional activities, including weekend and late‑night trading periods.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years’ combined makeup artistry and retail/sales experience.
  • Formal makeup/artistry qualification or certificate highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to deliver one‑to‑one consultations and upsell within a retail environment.
  • Availability across key trading times including late nights, weekends and public holidays.
  • Right to work in Australia.

Experience
