Sephora Chermside (Brisbane) seeks a Part‑Time Makeup Artist. Join LVMH's beauty retailer to deliver 1:1 artistry and retail service. Up to $29.64/hr + Super.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised makeup consultations and 1:1 appointments, tailoring looks to each customer’s needs and preferences.
- Provide product demonstrations and expert advice across makeup, skincare, haircare and wellness categories to drive discovery and sales.
- Create an engaging, welcoming customer experience that supports conversion and loyalty sign-ups through the CRM program.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and follow in-store training, field trainer guidance and the online learning platform.
- Support store merchandising and presentation standards and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Work scheduled trading hours, including late nights, weekends and public holidays, to cover peak store trading times.
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales and makeup artistry experience preferred.
- Certificate or formal qualification in makeup artistry or a related discipline is highly desirable.
- Availability to work at least three full days including key trading times (late nights, weekends and public holidays).
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level (Beginner) role; prior sales and makeup artistry experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Onboarding training and continuous development are provided.
Education
Certificate or qualification in Makeup Artistry or a related discipline preferred; formal qualification not strictly required.
