Role & Responsibilities
- Provide active support and advice to customers in makeup, skincare, hair care, and fragrance departments.
- Exhibit the Sephora Attitude by welcoming, engaging, and closing sales with customers.
- Share product knowledge, trends, and beauty news with customers and team members.
- Continuously develop personal expertise and conduct beauty classes.
- Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain assortment and merchandise on the sales floor and in the warehouse.
- Operate cash register and support daily business operations.
Qualifications
- Completed training in relevant beauty departments with a minimum training period of 6 months.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in retail or beauty consulting.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with customers.
- Strong knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends.
- Fluent in English or native language of the country.
