Role & Responsibilities
- Provide active support and expert advice to customers on makeup, skincare, hair care, and fragrance products.
- Embody the Sephora Attitude by welcoming, engaging, and closing sales with customers.
- Share in-depth product knowledge and beauty trends with customers and team members.
- Continuously develop personal expertise and conduct beauty classes.
- Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain and stock merchandise on the sales floor and warehouse.
- Operate the cash register and manage daily business tasks.
- Contribute to merchandising updates and conduct inventories.
Qualifications
- Completed training in relevant beauty departments with a minimum training period of 6 months.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in beauty retail or consulting.
