Sephora in Szczecin (KASKADA) seeks a part-time Beauty Consultant to deliver product advice, meet sales targets and maintain merchandising standards.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on product selection tailored to their skin type, preferences and concerns, including makeup, skincare and fragrance recommendations.
  • Deliver active selling to meet individual and store sales targets while promoting brand initiatives and promotions.
  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships following Sephora’s client service standards (Sephora Attitude).
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards: ensure product displays are clean, well-stocked and merchandised according to guidelines.
  • Operate POS, perform cash handling and complete transactions accurately.
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily operational objectives and support peak trading hours, including selected Saturdays and trading Sundays.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable ability to build rapport and deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Knowledge of and enthusiasm for the beauty industry, current products and trends.
  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles; experience with makeup application is a plus.
  • Strong team orientation with commitment to achieve collective sales targets.
  • Full availability for contracted shifts, including the ability to work 2–3 selected Saturdays and designated trading Sundays.
  • Communicative English is desirable.

Experience
