Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
  • Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering advice and product recommendations to customers.
  • Participate in and complete Sephora University training and various brand and in-store training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
  • Maintain product displays in designated areas and ensure cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
  • Process customer purchases following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
  • Assist the store manager in maintaining balanced inventory levels.
