Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering advice and product recommendations to customers.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University training and various brand and in-store training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
- Maintain product displays in designated areas and ensure cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Process customer purchases following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining balanced inventory levels.

- Passion for the beauty industry and a willingness to embrace challenges.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication and stress management abilities.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, with two days off per week and eight-hour workdays.
