Sephora seeks an experienced Make Up Artist in Frankfurt, Germany. Full-time, permanent role blending beauty services, sales, and team mentoring.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide active customer support and personalized beauty advice across makeup, skincare, haircare, and fragrance departments
- Execute makeup application services and deliver beauty classes to enhance customer experience
- Drive sales through in-depth product knowledge and establish meaningful customer relationships
- Develop and share team expertise; mentor colleagues on products, trends, and beauty innovations
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure accurate product presentation on the sales floor
- Manage stock rotation, inventory preparation, and warehouse organization
- Conduct cash register operations and assist with inventory counts
- Support merchandising conversions and beauty hub development initiatives
Qualifications
- Completed professional training in respective beauty department (minimum 6 months duration)
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in beauty retail, makeup artistry, or related beauty consultation
- Fluent English or native German language proficiency
- Demonstrated expertise in beauty industry trends and product knowledge
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in beauty retail, makeup artistry, or customer-facing beauty consultation roles. Completed formal training in the respective beauty department with at least 6 months of practical expertise.
