Role & Responsibilities
- Provide active support and personalized beauty advice to customers across all departments (makeup, skincare, hair care, fragrance), translating knowledge into sales
- Deliver the Sephora Attitude by creating a welcoming, knowledgeable, and consultative customer experience at eye level
- Execute beauty services and classes, developing product expertise and team looks to support brands, trends, and in-store animations
- Maintain and refresh product presentation according to visual merchandising specifications, ensuring the sales floor is fully stocked, organized, and aesthetically aligned
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, and monitor key performance indicators including conversion rate, items per basket, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Support inventory management, warehouse operations, merchandising updates, and routine operational tasks to ensure seamless daily business flow
Qualifications
- Completed formal training in a relevant beauty department (minimum 6 months training period)
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a beauty retail or cosmetics consulting role
- Excellent communication skills and ability to establish meaningful customer relationships
- Strong knowledge of the beauty industry, current trends, and product categories
- Demonstrated team spirit, organizational capability, and reliability
