Sephora Maintenance Technician position in Salt Lake City, Utah. Entry-level role performing equipment and facility repairs at the distribution center.
Role & Responsibilities
- Competently complete equipment and facility repairs and upgrades in plumbing, painting, and general facility maintenance
- Execute preventive maintenance tasks on motorized material handling and warehousing equipment, including lubrication, cleaning, and basic repairs
- Check, change, and clean powered industrial truck batteries according to maintenance schedules
- Document all equipment repairs and adjustments with accuracy and attention to detail
- Perform general labor, custodial work, and household fixture repairs as assigned
- Operate motorized material handling equipment safely and effectively to complete maintenance assignments
- Assist in setup, teardown, and cleanup of company social functions, meetings, and events
- Maintain flexible work schedule including overtime as required by business needs
- Comply with all OSHA safety regulations, company safety policies, and loss prevention procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with technical training and/or experience
- Background in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
- Material handling equipment maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to operate standard hand and power tools proficiently and safely
- Ability to read schematics and mechanical drawings
- Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance practices

Experience
Entry-level position welcoming candidates with beginner to intermediate maintenance background; previous experience in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment repair is essential. Material handling equipment maintenance experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent with technical training and/or hands-on experience in maintenance and repair disciplines.
