Sephora Maintenance Technician III role in Las Vegas, NV—full-time, $34.25–$36.65/hr, facilities and MHE repair expertise required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Inspect, monitor, and maintain facility structure, equipment, and surrounding building grounds, including major mechanical and advanced electrical repairs on standard warehousing equipment
- Accurately complete preventive maintenance tasks on motorized material handling equipment (MHE), conveyor belts, and building HVAC systems
- Assess, perform, and properly document necessary equipment and facility repairs and adjustments
- Competently complete complex mechanical and electrical equipment and facility repairs and upgrades
- Conduct required OSHA and state-mandated training pertaining to maintenance and sanitation activities
- Collaborate with local service providers, inspectors, property asset managers, and other technicians in caring for the overall functional performance of the building and equipment
- Comply with all safety laws and Sephora's safety policies, reporting violations and potential violations to management
- Maintain a flexible work schedule and adhere to designated shifts and overtime as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months experience with Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) logic principles, uploading and downloading PLCs, System Control Software (SCS), scanners, electronics such as photo sensors, remote Input/Output modules (I/Os), servo drives, and variable frequency drives
- Associate's Degree in Industrial or Maintenance Technology (preferred) with 2 years of maintenance experience in a facilities, distribution, and/or manufacturing environment, OR at least 4 years of maintenance experience in a facilities, distribution, and/or manufacturing environment
- Automated Process Control or MHE maintenance experience
- Previous experience using and enforcing Lock-out/Tag-out process, fall protection, and other OSHA regulations
- Extensive mechanical and/or electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair experience
- Welding and/or fabrication experience
- CFM, Electrical, HVAC, lift truck certifications/licenses preferred

Experience
Minimum 10 years of cumulative maintenance experience in facilities, distribution, manufacturing, or related environments, with at least 6 months specialized experience with Programmable Logic Controller systems and material handling equipment. Background in both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, HVAC maintenance, and complex equipment repairs required.
Education
Associate's Degree in Industrial or Maintenance Technology preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required. Certifications in CFM (Certified Facilities Manager), Electrical, HVAC, and lift truck operation are preferred.
