Sephora Maintenance Technician II role in Las Vegas, Nevada—full-time evening shift with HVAC and equipment maintenance responsibilities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Accurately complete preventive and predictive maintenance tasks on motorized material handling equipment, conveyor belts, and building HVAC systems
- Assess, perform, and properly document necessary equipment repairs and adjustments
- Competently and accurately complete equipment and facility repairs and upgrades as assigned
- Perform custodial repairs and maintain facility infrastructure
- Assist in the setup, teardown, and cleanup of company social functions, meetings, and events
- Comply with all safety laws and Sephora safety policies; report safety violations to management
- Comply with all Company Loss Prevention policies and procedures
- Maintain a flexible work schedule including required overtime based on business needs
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent with technical training and/or experience
- Two to three years of practical experience as a maintenance mechanic or equivalent
- Background in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
- Automated Process Control or Material Handling Equipment maintenance experience
- Knowledge of general maintenance practices for motorized material handling equipment, conveyors, hydraulic, and/or pneumatic equipment
- Experience in standard maintenance practices including lubrication, adjustments, setup, and calibration
- Ability to read schematics and mechanical drawings
- Ability to operate standard hand and power tools safely and proficiently
Skills
Experience
Minimum two to three years of practical experience as a maintenance mechanic or equivalent, with demonstrated background in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. Automated Process Control or Material Handling Equipment maintenance experience is required.
Education
High School diploma or equivalent with technical training and/or experience.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 30.25 to USD 32.35 per hour.
