Sephora in Las Vegas is hiring a Maintenance Technician II at the Las Vegas Distribution Center — 1st shift, full‑time, hourly pay $30.25–$32.35.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on motorized material handling equipment, conveyor systems and building HVAC systems.
  • Diagnose, repair and adjust mechanical and electrical equipment; accurately document maintenance actions and repairs.
  • Execute equipment and facility repairs, upgrades and custodial fixes as assigned; assist with set up, tear down and clean up for company events.
  • Operate hand and power tools, scissor lifts and other shop equipment safely and according to procedures.
  • Read and interpret schematics, mechanical drawings and maintenance manuals to support troubleshooting and calibration.
  • Coordinate with external service providers, inspectors and property asset managers to support building performance and compliance.
  • Adhere to all safety, loss prevention and company policies; report hazards and participate in a culture of safety.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule and work required overtime or shift differentials based on operational needs.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or trade school coursework preferred.
  • Two to three years of practical experience as a maintenance mechanic or equivalent (minimum 3 years preferred).
  • Proven background in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
  • Experience with Automated Process Control or Material Handling Equipment maintenance.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights (up to 32 feet), and perform physical tasks for the duration of a shift.
  • Demonstrated ability to read schematics and operate standard hand/power tools and shop machinery safely.

Experience
