Sephora — Maintenance Technician II at Las Vegas Distribution Center. Full-time 1st shift. $30.25–$32.35/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on motorized material handling equipment, conveyor belts and building HVAC systems.
- Diagnose, repair and document mechanical and electrical equipment faults; perform adjustments, calibration and upgrades as assigned.
- Execute custodial repairs and general facility maintenance to preserve building functionality and safety.
- Work with external service providers, inspectors and property asset managers to support building and equipment performance.
- Assist with set up, tear down and cleanup for company events and comply with all safety and loss-prevention policies.
- Maintain flexible schedule and work required overtime to meet operational needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or relevant certification preferred.
- Two to three years of hands-on experience as a maintenance mechanic or equivalent industrial maintenance role (minimum 3 years preferred).
- Proven background in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
- Experience with Automated Process Control or Material Handling Equipment maintenance.

Minimum 2–3 years of practical experience as a maintenance mechanic or equivalent; demonstrated experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems in a distribution or industrial environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training, trade school coursework or industry certifications preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 30.25 to USD 32.35 per hour.
