Sephora — Maintenance Technician II at Las Vegas Distribution Center. Full-time 1st shift. $30.25–$32.35/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on motorized material handling equipment, conveyor belts and building HVAC systems.
  • Diagnose, repair and document mechanical and electrical equipment faults; perform adjustments, calibration and upgrades as assigned.
  • Execute custodial repairs and general facility maintenance to preserve building functionality and safety.
  • Work with external service providers, inspectors and property asset managers to support building and equipment performance.
  • Assist with set up, tear down and cleanup for company events and comply with all safety and loss-prevention policies.
  • Maintain flexible schedule and work required overtime to meet operational needs.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or relevant certification preferred.
  • Two to three years of hands-on experience as a maintenance mechanic or equivalent industrial maintenance role (minimum 3 years preferred).
  • Proven background in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
  • Experience with Automated Process Control or Material Handling Equipment maintenance.

Experience

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 30.25 to USD 32.35 per hour.
