Maintenance Technician II at Sephora Distribution Center in Avon, IN. Full-time role ($30.50–$32.65/hr) maintaining equipment and facilities.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on motorized material handling equipment, conveyor systems, and building HVAC installations
  • Assess, document, and execute necessary equipment repairs and adjustments
  • Complete equipment and facility repairs and upgrades as assigned by management
  • Perform custodial maintenance and repairs within the distribution center
  • Assist in setup, teardown, and cleaning of company events, meetings, and social functions
  • Comply with all safety laws, Sephora safety policies, and loss prevention protocols; report safety violations
  • Maintain flexible work schedule including required overtime as business needs dictate

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent with technical training and/or relevant experience
  • Two to three years of practical experience as a maintenance mechanic or equivalent role
  • Background in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
  • Experience with Automated Process Control or Material Handling Equipment maintenance
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
  • Ability to read schematics and mechanical drawings
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
  • Comfort working at heights of up to 32 feet using scissor lifts and other warehouse equipment

Experience

Minimum three years of practical experience as a maintenance mechanic or in an equivalent maintenance role, with demonstrated background in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. High School diploma or equivalent with technical training and/or equivalent practical experience.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 30.50 to USD 32.65 per hour.
