Sephora in Avon, IN seeks a Maintenance Technician II at the Omni-Channel Distribution Center. Full-time, $30.50–$32.65/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on motorized material handling equipment, conveyor systems and building HVAC systems.
- Diagnose, repair and document mechanical and electrical faults on facility equipment and conveyors; complete assigned repairs and upgrades accurately and timely.
- Operate hand and power tools and shop equipment safely to perform maintenance, adjustments, lubrication, calibration and custodial repairs.
- Collaborate with external service providers, inspectors and property asset managers to support overall building performance and compliance.
- Assist with set up, tear down and cleanup for company events and perform other duties to support distribution center operations.
- Comply with all safety, loss prevention and company policies; report hazards and participate in required overtime or flexible scheduling based on business needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or relevant certifications preferred.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a maintenance mechanic in industrial, warehouse or distribution center environments.
- Proven background in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
- Experience with Automated Process Control or Material Handling Equipment maintenance.
- Comfort working at heights (up to 32 feet) and lifting up to 50 lbs; ability to perform physical tasks throughout a scheduled shift.

Experience
At least 2–3 years of practical, hands-on maintenance experience in industrial or distribution settings, including mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and maintenance of conveyors, MHE and HVAC systems.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade training preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Avon, Indiana, USA, with easy access to Indianapolis.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 30.50 to USD 32.65 per hour.
