Role & Responsibilities
- Perform basic facility and equipment repairs and upgrades including plumbing, painting and general upkeep as assigned.
- Execute preventive maintenance tasks on motorized material handling and warehousing equipment, including lubrication, cleaning and minor repairs.
- Check, change and clean powered industrial truck batteries and document repairs and adjustments accurately.
- Operate hand and power tools, shop equipment and powered lifts (e.g., scissor lift) safely to complete maintenance assignments.
- Provide general labor and custodial support; assist with set up, tear down and cleanup for company events and meetings.
- Comply with all safety and loss-prevention policies and report hazards or violations; maintain flexible schedule including required overtime.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training and/or relevant hands-on experience preferred.
- Background in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
- Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance practices and ability to read schematics/mechanical drawings.
- Ability to operate standard hand/power tools, shop equipment and warehouse material handling equipment safely.
- Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights (up to approximately 32 feet) when required.

Experience
Entry-level role; candidates should have technical training or hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting and basic repair. Prior experience maintaining material handling equipment is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
