Sephora Maintenance Technician I position in Avon, Indiana – full-time entry-level role performing equipment and facility maintenance at the distribution center.
Role & Responsibilities
- Competently and accurately complete equipment and facility repairs and upgrades in plumbing, painting, and basic facility upkeep
- Accurately complete preventive maintenance tasks on motorized material handling equipment and warehousing equipment, including lubrication, cleaning, and simple repairs
- Check, change, and clean powered industrial truck batteries as assigned
- Properly document necessary equipment repairs and adjustments using required systems
- Provide general labor, custodial work, and household fixture repairs
- Operate various motorized material handling equipment safely and competently to complete maintenance assignments
- Assist in setup, teardown, and cleanup of company social functions, meetings, and events
- Comply with all OSHA safety laws, Sephora safety policies, and loss prevention procedures
- Maintain flexible work schedule including required overtime based on operational needs
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent with technical training and/or experience
- Background in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
- Material Handling Equipment maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Comfort working at heights up to 32 feet when operating scissor lifts and warehouse equipment
- Valid driver's license preferred
Skills
Experience
Entry-level maintenance background preferred; demonstrable experience in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair is required. Material handling equipment maintenance experience is highly valued.
Education
High School diploma or equivalent with technical training and/or vocational coursework strongly preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 26.50 to USD 28.35 per hour.
