Sephora — Asset Protection Partner in Brampton, ON. Full-time loss prevention role at Trinity Common (40 Great Lakes Dr) paying CAD$25–30/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Protect store assets by detecting, deterring and apprehending external theft through visible presence and covert surveillance on the sales floor.
- Monitor and operate CCTV and other electronic security systems; preserve and document evidence in accordance with law and company policy.
- Prepare detailed incident, recovery, audit and investigation reports; testify in court when summoned.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with store leadership, local law enforcement, mall security and peer retailers.
- Deliver new-hire and ongoing loss-prevention training and provide in-the-moment coaching to store teams.
- Perform store self-audits, safety inspections and inventory preparation; communicate findings and partner on shrinkage-prevention plans with District Loss Prevention Manager and store leadership.
- Meet required weekly shift and hour commitments; work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays, and be available to work across multiple store locations within the market.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of asset protection, loss prevention or security experience, preferably in a retail environment.
- Satisfy and maintain any provincial or local licensing requirements for loss prevention/security.
- Strong written and verbal communication, interviewing and report-writing skills; ability to provide calm, effective coaching under pressure.
- Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Word and Excel is desirable.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and to perform routine stocking and physical tasks.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, and to travel between multiple store locations as required.

Education
High school diploma or equivalent.

The successful candidate will be located in Brampton, Ontario, Canada, with easy access to Toronto.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 25 to CAD 30 per hour.
