Sephora in Curitiba, Brazil, seeks a Loss Prevention Agent to safeguard store assets and collaborate with management on loss prevention strategies. Minimum 3 years experience required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct surveillance in the sales area and utilize CCTV systems to identify, observe, and report suspicious activities.
  • Identify and report potential internal theft opportunities to the store manager.
  • Adhere to Sephora's policies and procedures regarding suspicious cases, ensuring evidence preservation.
  • Report all incidents of theft, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits to the relevant departments.
  • Testify in court on behalf of the company in any criminal or civil cases as required.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with all store employees, local law enforcement agencies, mall security, and other retailers.
  • Assist in store audits, security checks, and inspections, communicating results to the store leadership team.
  • Support store leadership with inventory processes, including punctual and cyclical inventory checks.
  • Ensure store licenses are updated and available backstage.
  • Execute and comply with all Sephora policies and procedures, adhering to the LVMH code of ethics and conduct.
  • Complete all My SEPHORA Learning training modules.
  • Raise awareness among store teams about loss prevention.
  • Participate in touchbase meetings and contribute to the training of new employees.

Qualifications

  • Experience in loss prevention.
  • Retail experience is desirable.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills

Written and verbal communication skills. Logical reasoning. Basic computer skills are desirable.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in loss prevention.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.
