Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and register inbound merchandise following company quality and traceability standards.
- Prepare and pack orders for stores and online fulfilment, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
- Execute stock replenishment and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Operate warehouse tasks safely and efficiently, maintaining a clean and organised stockroom.
- Collaborate with store and logistics teams to support retail expansion projects and ad hoc operational demands.
- Comply with health, safety and hygiene procedures; report discrepancies and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications
- Residency in or near the province of the vacancy (Barcelona).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the beauty sector or retail environment.
- Demonstrable customer-service orientation and experience interacting with internal or external clients.
- Passion for beauty products and familiarity with prestige beauty assortments.
- Fluent English (imprescindible); additional languages are a plus.
