Sephora Logistics Methods Assistant apprenticeship in Saran, France – 12-month supply chain role with SAP, BI tools, and European logistics exposure.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and deploy best practices in logistics rounding across various European distribution channels, measuring efficiency gains
- Optimize e-commerce packaging through technology monitoring, RSE impact improvement, and harmonization of European packaging standards
- Develop and maintain the logistics specification document and conduct supplier delivery audits
- Support European logistics tenders, including familiarization with request-for-proposal methods and Sephora procurement processes
- Prepare and analyze data from multiple reporting systems and tools (SAP, BI) in coordination with local teams
- Analyze responses from consulted logistics providers
- Participate in progress meetings and decision-making sessions on supply chain optimization
