Sephora Mexico City seeks experienced Logistics E-Commerce Supervisor to manage end-to-end fulfillment, inventory, and carrier relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise integrated logistics operations across the e-commerce channel, coordinating warehousing, distribution, transport, and delivery to ensure operational efficiency, service levels, and cost optimization
- Manage and develop relationships with logistics and parcel delivery providers, negotiating rates, monitoring SLAs, and defining delivery strategies that ensure competitive customer experience
- Administer end-to-end logistics processes from order receipt through delivery confirmation, coordinating internal and external teams to meet established timelines
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance indicators, inventory metrics, and operational incidents, generating strategic insights for decision-making, inventory control, and continuous improvement
- Lead returns management and reverse logistics operations, resolve operational incidents, and champion process innovation initiatives that drive profitability and digital channel growth
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce logistics and end-to-end operations management
- Proven ability to manage logistics providers and parcel services, including negotiations, performance tracking, and evaluation
- Mastery of logistics management and inventory systems (SAP, WMS, or equivalent tools) with demonstrated experience in stock control, reconciliations, and inventory analysis
- Fluency in operational tracking and performance monitoring systems
- Retail, e-commerce, or logistics-intensive industry experience preferred
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of specialized experience in e-commerce logistics, fulfillment operations, and end-to-end supply chain coordination, with demonstrated expertise in warehouse management systems and carrier relationship management.
Education
Secondary education required; tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or related disciplines preferred.
