Sephora seeks Logistics Coordinator in Saran, France. Manage warehouse inventory, SAP systems, and supply chain operations in hybrid role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct daily stock reconciliation and ensure alignment of inventory records between the WMS and SAP ERP systems
- Analyze and investigate stock variances between physical and system inventory, challenging logistics partner movements and coordinating corrective actions
- Serve as primary liaison with the logistics partner's stock management teams and internal stakeholders including Audit, Finance Control, and IT departments
- Validate monthly inventory adjustment and shrinkage reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Present stock-related results and insights in dedicated S&OP meetings
- Identify and recommend process improvements for inventory management and control procedures
- Contribute to the implementation and stabilization of new stock management processes, tools, and projects
- Monitor continuous improvement plans related to shrinkage and inventory adjustments, escalating challenges to internal and external partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in logistics, production, or inventory management
- Minimum two years of significant hands-on experience in logistics operations or stock management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general IT tools
- Knowledge of BI tools and SAP systems (advantageous)
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to interface effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated responsiveness and anticipatory problem-solving
- Professional-level English (B2 minimum)

Minimum two years of significant experience in a logistics or stock management capacity within a complex supply chain environment, ideally supporting multi-channel retail and e-commerce operations.
Education
Master's degree in logistics, production, or inventory management.
