Sephora Logistics & Transport Coordinator in Saran, France — permanent full‑time role managing European transport, shipments and customs coordination.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule inter-warehouse transfers across Europe, balancing operational constraints and delivery calendars.
  • Coordinate international shipments via a control tower and external freight forwarders, ensuring timely execution and correct documentary bundles for customs clearance.
  • Liaise with logistics service providers to communicate requirements, priorities and service-level expectations.
  • Analyse operational processes, identify inefficiencies and propose improvements in collaboration with cross‑functional supply‑chain teams.
  • Support stock management activities and lead resolution of inventory and transport anomalies.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in logistics, supply chain, international trade or equivalent.
  • Minimum three years’ professional experience in logistics, transport and international trade operations.
  • Practical knowledge of customs procedures and documentation preferred.
  • Strong autonomy, client-service orientation and interpersonal communication skills.
