Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional beauty services including makeup application, waxing, and false eyelash application in accordance with Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
  • Drive store performance by selling products, promoting services, and rebooking clients to achieve daily and monthly targets.
  • Conduct personalized client consultations to recommend products and routines, educate clients on product ingredients and techniques, and foster lasting relationships.
  • Maintain active professional licensure, adhere to hygiene, health and safety protocols, and ensure a sanitary service environment.
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold Sephora’s customer service and retail standards.
  • Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays, and maintain punctuality and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

  • Active state license for performing waxing, makeup and false eyelash services in the state of employment.
  • 1–3 years of experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality, or other client-facing roles; hands-on service experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of beauty products, trends, techniques and the ability to communicate product benefits to clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build repeat clientele.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven retail environment.
  • Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.

Experience
