Sephora in Houston seeks a Licensed Beauty Advisor (full-time) at TX-Sawyer Heights—perform makeup, waxing and client services. $21.75–$28/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional in-store beauty services from Sephora’s Beauty Services menu, including makeup application, waxing, and false eyelash application.
  • Provide personalized client consultations to assess needs, recommend products and services, and build lasting client relationships.
  • Drive sales and service metrics through product recommendation, selling, and rebooking clients for future services.
  • Maintain active state licensure and adhere to all health, safety and hygiene protocols for treatment areas and tools.
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative team environment and represent Sephora standards for customer experience and company policies.
  • Adhere to scheduling requirements and be available during peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays; maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.

Qualifications

  • Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash application where services are performed.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality or personal services.
  • Strong, demonstrable knowledge of beauty products, services, trends and application techniques.
  • Proven ability to deliver personalized client service and build repeat clientele.
  • Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
