Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver makeup application, waxing, and beauty services in accordance with Sephora's service menu
- Guide clients on beauty products, trends, and techniques to educate and empower their choices
- Achieve store sales and service rebooking targets through consultative selling and client engagement
- Maintain active licensure and comply with all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and support a culture of belonging
- Ensure punctuality and reliable attendance during peak retail operations including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
