Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver makeup, waxing, and beauty services in accordance with Sephora's Beauty Services menu and health/safety protocols
- Drive sales results by recommending and rebooking beauty services while educating clients on products and trends
- Maintain an active professional license and uphold all hygiene and safety standards
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized service and consultation
- Contribute to a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork within the store
- Maintain consistent attendance and meet minimum weekly shift requirements
Qualifications
- Active state license for waxing, makeup, and false application services
- 1-3 years' experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality, or customer service environments

- Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
