Role & Responsibilities
- Provide makeup, waxing, false lash application, and other beauty services listed on Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Drive revenue by rebooking beauty services, serving clients, and selling complementary products to achieve store sales goals
- Educate clients on beauty trends, product benefits, and techniques while building personalized recommendations
- Maintain active professional license and uphold all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment that celebrates diversity and empowers colleagues
