Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional beauty services from Sephora’s Beauty Services menu, including makeup application, waxing and false‑lash application.
- Achieve individual and store sales goals by converting service clients into product customers and rebooking follow‑up appointments.
- Maintain active state licensure and consistently observe health, safety and hygiene protocols for all services.
- Provide personalized client consultations, educate customers on product benefits and new trends, and foster long‑term client relationships.
- Support a collaborative, inclusive store culture and adhere to Sephora operational standards and company policies.
- Be available for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays) and meet minimum weekly shift requirements.
Qualifications
- Active cosmetology/esthetician license (or equivalent) authorizing waxing, makeup and false‑lash services in the state of employment.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or client‑facing service environments.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver consultative, customer‑centric service and build repeat clientele.
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, trends and application techniques with an aptitude for teaching clients.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing work for extended periods.

Education
