Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver makeup, waxing, and related beauty services in accordance with Sephora's Beauty Services menu and highest hygiene standards
- Educate clients on beauty trends, products, and techniques while providing personalized recommendations and services
- Drive store performance through rebooking services, client retention, and product sales in support of store goals
- Maintain current beauty licenses and comply with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and teamwork within the store environment
