Sephora is hiring a part-time Licensed Beauty Advisor at its Crocker Park store in Westlake, Ohio. The role provides and rebooks beauty services, including makeup and waxing, supports store goals through client service and product sales, and requires 15–29 hours per week with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. Hourly pay is $19.80–$22.90, depending on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate business factors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Help achieve store goals by providing and rebooking beauty services, serving clients, and selling products.
- Perform makeup, waxing, and other services listed on Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
- Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
- Maintain active licenses and uphold health and safety protocols.
- Promote an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours.
- Be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications
- Hold an active state license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services where the services are performed.
