Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional beauty services at the Beauty Studio, including makeup application, waxing and false-lash application in accordance with Sephora’s service menu.
- Drive sales and achieve store goals through product recommendations, service rebooking, and personalised client consultations.
- Maintain active licensure and adhere to all health, safety and sanitation protocols for client services.
- Provide exceptional, inclusive client experiences that build loyalty and long-term relationships.
- Support store operations by following company policies, contributing to a safe shopping environment, and participating in team goals and trainings.
- Maintain reliable availability for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends and holiday peak periods.
Qualifications
- Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false-lash services where services will be provided.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role, or in retail, hospitality, or service environments.
- Demonstrated product knowledge across cosmetics, skincare and beauty trends, with ability to educate clients.
- Proven ability to deliver personalised client service and meet sales or rebooking targets.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

1–3 years in a licensed beauty services role or experience in retail, hospitality, or client-facing service positions, with demonstrated ability to deliver makeup, waxing and related services.
Education
Cosmetology/Esthetician license or equivalent required; high school diploma or GED preferred.
