The Licensed Beauty Advisor provides and rebooks makeup, waxing, and other beauty services, advises clients on products and trends, and supports store goals and an inclusive, safe shopping experience. This is a permanent, part-time position requiring 15–29 hours per week; hourly pay is $24.00–$27.50, depending on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate business factors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Help achieve store goals by providing and rebooking beauty services, serving clients, and selling products.
- Provide makeup, waxing, and other services listed on Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
- Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
- Keep licenses active and uphold health and safety protocols.

Qualifications
