Role & Responsibilities
- Provide makeup, waxing, and beauty services according to Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Drive results by achieving store goals through service provision, rebooking, client servicing, and product sales
- Educate and empower clients on beauty trends and product knowledge
- Maintain active licensure and uphold health and safety standards consistently
- Foster a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork within the store environment
- Uphold Sephora company policies to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience
