Role & Responsibilities
- Drive store results by delivering and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and promoting product sales
- Perform makeup application, waxing, and other beauty services listed on Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients
- Maintain active licensure and consistently uphold health and safety protocols
- Foster inclusiveness and promote a collaborative, goal-oriented team culture
- Ensure consistent attendance and availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays
