Role & Responsibilities
- Drive store goals by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
- Perform beauty services including makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
- Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
- Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards, ensuring health and safety protocols are followed.
- Promote a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork, fostering a supportive environment.
- Adhere to Sephora standards and policies to create a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state of employment.
- 1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
