Role & Responsibilities
- Provide makeup, waxing, false lash application, and other beauty services according to Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Educate clients on beauty products, trends, and techniques to empower informed purchasing decisions
- Rebook beauty services and drive product sales to help achieve store performance goals
- Maintain active professional licenses and uphold all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized, consultative service delivery
- Promote a culture of inclusiveness, openness, and teamwork across the store
- Meet minimum weekly shift requirements and maintain punctuality during peak retail operations (nights, weekends, holidays)
Qualifications
