Sephora seeks a Licensed Beauty Advisor (part-time) in Vancouver, WA. $19.80–$22.90/hr, flexible 15–29 hrs/week.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional beauty services including makeup application, waxing, and false lash application according to Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Drive sales and service rebooking to achieve store performance goals
- Educate clients on beauty trends, products, and techniques to empower informed purchasing decisions
- Maintain active professional licensure and uphold all health and safety protocols
- Foster an inclusive, supportive team environment and contribute to a welcoming client experience
- Meet minimum weekly shift requirements (15–29 hours for part-time roles) with reliability and punctuality
- Maintain availability during peak retail operations including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Active state license to provide waxing, makeup application, and false lash services in Washington
- 1–3 years of professional experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality, or customer service
