Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional beauty services in the Beauty Studio including makeup application, waxing and false eyelash application according to Sephora’s services menu.
  • Drive sales and service revenue by rebooking beauty appointments, recommending products and upselling relevant retail items.
  • Maintain active state licensure and ensure strict adherence to hygiene, health and safety protocols at all times.
  • Provide personalised consultations to educate and empower clients on products, routines and techniques.
  • Support a collaborative, inclusive store culture that promotes teamwork, openness and excellent customer experiences.
  • Meet scheduling and attendance expectations for Flex/Part‑time staffing, including nights, weekends and holiday coverage as required.

Qualifications

  • Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash application in the state where services will be offered.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a beauty services role or in retail, hospitality or client-facing service environments.
  • Demonstrable product knowledge across makeup and skincare and up‑to‑date awareness of beauty trends and techniques.
  • Ability to deliver tailored client service, build rapport and foster repeat clientele.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and to stand for extended periods during service delivery.

Experience
